Terms & conditions

These terms govern services provided by Whitelabel Your CRM (9 Belsize Park, London NW3 4ES, United Kingdom). Where a signed agreement exists between us, that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

Services

We provide implementation and support services within the GoHighLevel platform, including CRM buildout, workflow automation, funnel and website creation, white-label client onboarding, pipeline optimisation, integrations, custom development, and ongoing technical support. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

An active GoHighLevel account is required. We are an independent implementation partner and are not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel, Inc.

Plans, hours, and billing

• Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance.
• Each plan includes a stated allocation of hours. Unused hours do not roll over; each billing cycle begins with a fresh allocation.
• Work beyond the allocation is billed at the hourly rate stated for your plan. We notify you before the allocation is exhausted.
• You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Project work is quoted separately and is subject to the scope agreed for that project.

Access and your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing timely access to the GoHighLevel account and any connected systems the agreed work requires. We will tell you what access we need and why.
• You are responsible for your own platform subscription costs and any third-party service fees, including messaging and email sending charges.
• You confirm that you have the right to grant us access to the accounts and data involved, and that any contact data we work with was lawfully obtained.

Delivery, review, and revisions

• Work typically begins within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation and receipt of account access.
• Major deliverables are shared for your review and approval before they are published or made live.
• Reasonable revisions are included with each deliverable. Requests that constitute new requirements rather than revisions are quoted or drawn from your monthly hours, and we will tell you which before starting.
• If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, tell us within 7 days and we will revise it.

Ownership

Your GoHighLevel account, the data held in it, and the deliverables we build within it belong to you. On completion or termination, nothing is withheld. We retain ownership of our own generic tooling, internal templates, and methods, none of which restrict your use of what we build for you.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information and your customers’ data as confidential, limit access to the team members working on your account, and do not share it with third parties. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins, on request.

Cancellation and refunds

• Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You may cancel with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees.
• Partially used billing periods are not refunded.
• Refunds on project work are considered case by case.
• We may end an engagement where access required to deliver it is not provided, where invoices remain unpaid, or where the work requested is unlawful.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for outages, changes, deprecations, or defects in the GoHighLevel platform or any third-party service, nor for loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
