Who we are. Whitelabel Your CRM (9 Belsize Park, London NW3 4ES, United Kingdom) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@whitelabelyourcrm.com.

Information we collect

We collect personal data in three situations.

• When you contact us. The name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — phone number, service interest, and project stage you submit through the enquiry form, along with the content of your message.
• When you become a client. Billing details, the contractual correspondence between us, and the credentials or access you grant us to your GoHighLevel account and any connected systems.
• When you use this website. Standard server request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested page, generated automatically when any website is served.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and to assess whether we can help — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for, including working inside your GoHighLevel account — performance of our contract with you.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without asking.

Client account data

Delivering our services requires access to systems that contain your customers’ personal data. For that data we act as a processor, on your instructions:

• We request the lowest level of access that will do the job, and we tell you why.
• Credentials are stored securely and are limited to the people working on your account.
• We do not share your data or your customers’ data with third parties.
• We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins, on request.
• The GoHighLevel account, the data in it, and everything we build in it remain yours.

Who else processes this data

We use third-party providers to host this website, deliver email, take payment, and run the GoHighLevel platform itself. Each acts on our instructions and is bound to protect the data it handles.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as accounting and tax law requires. Access credentials are revoked at the end of an engagement.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EEA you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@whitelabelyourcrm.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
